Thank you for shopping with LAB Miami Beach. Our goal is to ensure every customer has a great experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Fragrances or cosmetic products that have been opened or used

  • Personal care items

  • Final sale items or promotional items

  • Gift cards


2. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
LAB Miami Beach does not provide prepaid return labels, and we do not reimburse return shipping fees under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@labmiamibeach.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

  3. After shipping the item back, you must provide us with the tracking number.

Your item will only be processed after it arrives at our facility.


4. Inspection & Approval

All returned products undergo a quality inspection by our team.

A refund or exchange will only be approved if:

  • The item arrives in perfect, resellable condition

  • The product shows no signs of use, wear, damage, or odor

  • All accessories, packaging, and tags are included

LAB Miami Beach reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements.


5. Refunds

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable

If the return is denied, the item can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
The exchange will only be initiated after the original item is received and approved by our inspection team.

Return shipping costs for the original item remain the customer’s responsibility.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will replace the item at no additional cost if the claim is validated.


8. Non-Compliance

LAB Miami Beach reserves the right to refuse:

  • Returns without prior authorization

  • Items returned outside the allowed time frame

  • Items not meeting inspection standards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
