Thank you for shopping with LAB Miami Beach. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
2. Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $30 (after discounts and before taxes).
No coupon code is required.
The free shipping option will automatically appear during checkout.
3. Shipping Methods
Our default shipping carrier is USPS Ground Advantage for all U.S. orders.
Available shipping options at checkout include:

USPS Priority Mail — customer-paid upgrade

UPS / FedEx expedited options (if enabled) — customer-paid upgrade
Shipping rates for paid upgrades are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
4. Shipping Time Estimates (USA)
Estimated delivery time after your order has shipped:

UPS/FedEx Expedited: As shown during checkout
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
LAB Miami Beach is not responsible for:

Packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delivery delays caused by address errors

Additional costs for reshipment in case of a return-to-sender
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to request a correction.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
LAB Miami Beach is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check with neighbors, building management, or mailroom

Verify delivery location with USPS

File a claim directly with the carrier
We will assist when possible, but carrier decisions are final.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
